Our Auction team has been working hard behind the scenes to create a fun, exciting community event on Saturday, November 8th at the Holy Rosary Parish Center. Please book your babysitter now.
Here are a few Auction "To Dos":
1. Donate Auction Items – by October 1st
- Procure an item, purchase one, or donate cash. Some auction items we love are: chef curated dinners at private homes, 2026 World Cup tickets, Poker Nights, concert tickets, vacation homes...
- Order directly from the Holy Rosary Amazon Wishlist. Please send us an email when you order something off the wishlist, so we can give your family credit.
- Add your donated item description here.
- Bonus: If 50% of families donate, procure or sponsor by October 1st, kids earn a Free Dress Day! 🎉

3. Buy your tickets
- Early Bird Pricing starts 9.20.25 through 10.3.25, $130 per single ticket || $1,040 for a table of 8.
- Ticket prices increase 10.4.25 - 11.1.25 at $160 per ticket || $1,280 for a table of 8.
- You will be able to buy your tickets on this site next week.
4. Volunteer for the Auction
- We are in need of a photographer & videographer for key auction components.
- We also need many volunteers leading up to, night of, and cleanup for the auction. Please email auction@hredmonds.org to share your volunteering talents.
